Portagr

Refunds & Cancellations

Effective July 31, 2026

1. What we sell

Portagr is a digital subscription service (Portagr Pro). We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no return/shipping policy applies. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, via Clerk Billing.

2. Free trial

Portagr Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your card is charged at the price and billing interval (monthly or annual) shown at checkout. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Portagr Pro. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. After 30 days, and for subsequent renewal charges, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Cancelling stops all future charges (see below).

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (the billing portal). When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee.

5. How to request a refund or dispute a charge

To request a refund, or if you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We aim to respond within a few business days and will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Promotions & group rates

From time to time we may offer promotions, discounts, or group rates (for example, for outfitters or paddling clubs with 5+ members). Any specific terms, eligibility, or expiry for a promotion will be stated with that offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Availability

Portagr is offered from the United States. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you where you access the Service.
